We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher who will inspire pupils to achieve their best while upholding the ethos and values of the Avanti Schools Trust.

What will you do?
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging, inclusive lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Create a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment rooted in the values and ethos of the Avanti Schools Trust.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and personal responsibility among all learners.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

What are we looking for?
- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- QTS qualified
- Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high-quality teaching and learning
- Excellent skills in the use and application of technology
